What are your office hours?
We are open from 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via fax or online.
Can you make me a ring based on a picture I have?
Yes. You can either fax or email the picture to us and we will then give you a pricing estimate before proceeding.
Can I send you my customer's stones for you to set into one of your mountings?
Yes. However, you need to call us for an OR number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your stones.
Do you size your rings in the metal or in the wax?
We size our rings in the wax before casting.
Is there any extra charge for sizing or polishing your mountings?
Yes. There is an additional charge for both sizing and polishing.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
I placed an order about 2 hours ago and I would like it to ship together with my next order. Would that be possible?
No. We have thousands of orders shipping out daily, so it would be impossible for us to combine orders.
What time is the latest that I can order a raw casting for it to ship out the next day?

You may request UPS or FedEx (Next Day, 2nd Day or Ground).
Do we do memos?
No we don't do memos.
What color and clarity do you use? Can we upgrade or downgrade the diamond quality?
For the ROUND STONES, we use G-color VS2 SI1-clarity. They can be upgraded or downgraded based on your needs and the availability of the stones.
What metal and colors do you cast? Can we also custom order in two-tone?
We cast in 14K (white, yellow, or pink), 18K (white, yellow, or pink), Platinum, and Palladium. Two-tone varies depending on the style number being cast.
Do you keep your items in stock?
NO. We cast everything as orders are being placed.
How can I add another location to my account? Can you drop ship for me?
You would need to fax us your new address or drop ship address on your company letterhead, along with your signature, in order to send a package to a specific location which was not listed under your account at the time the account was established.
Why was my order or return REFUSED?
YOU MUST CALL US to receive an order or return authorization number before sending it back. The order or return authorization number must be clearly written on the OUTER BOX. Any package that is received without a valid order or return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package WILL BE REFUSED. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted.
