Job Opportunities

Market Research Analyst: Prepares business and marketing related analysis and performs research in such areas as consumer preference and marketing performance, jewelry industry, and general market conditions. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product and service markets. Researches market conditions or changes in the jewelry industry. Analyzes data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Forecasts and tracks marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Gathers data on competitors and analyzes prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing/equivalent plus 1-year experience as a Market Research Analyst. Experience must include industry research analysis to increase business and profitability. (Reference No: 121)

Budget Account Analyst: Analyze financial information related to assigned budgets (e.g. payroll, budget reports, expenditures, variances, projections, etc.) for the purpose of identifying budget variances, compiling statistical information, identifying long- term budgetary goals, and/or conforming to established guidelines. Duties include but are not limited to the preparation of special reports and evaluating budget proposals; analyzing data to determine the costs and benefits of various products; using cost-benefit analyses to review financial requests; exploring alternative funding methods; examining past budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization's income and expenditures; overseeing spending to ensure compliance with the budget and communicates recommendations explaining the variations and recommending changes to reconcile the differences between approved budget and actual spending.

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Economics/equiv. plus 2-years experience as a Budget Account Analyst/Budget Analyst. (Reference No: 122)
